Eligibility:
• You can return any, optical frames or accessories within 14 days of delivery.
• Return shipping, customs duties, and taxes are not covered by Monarkh Eyewear.
• Exchanges are not offered for online orders.

Refund Conditions:
To qualify for a full refund:
• The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must:
• Be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.
• Include frame, case, and cleaning cloth.
• Not be personalised or made to custom specifications.
• A valid receipt or invoice number must be provided.

How to Return:
• Contact Customer Care at saira@monarkheyewear.co.uk to initiate the return.
• You’ll receive return instructions upon acceptance.
• You are responsible for shipping the item back safely and must retain proof of postage.

Refund Process:
• Refund is processed once the return is received, inspected, and approved.
• Allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card.
• If you haven’t received the refund after 7 business days post-approval, contact saira@monarkheyewear.co.uk.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to request a full refund on any optical frames or accessories within 14 days of delivery. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and ship it back. Please note, we do not currently offer exchanges for online orders.
